Chris Harlen from New Zealand purchased the business in October 2008 and has brought a great deal
of diverse experience, not only of motor bikes, customer service, marketing, but practical and common
sense approach to the business. Produce a good quality product, put in good quality work and ensure
that customer service is second nature. Being a professional customer from Hell, he knows what bad
service looks and feels like.
Vivien Harlen, also from New Zealand is brilliant at office management and her goal is to make sure
that you are happy with the products and services that we offer. Vivien has a hospital and customer
service background that will see you and your bike treated, restored and discharged with care and
professionalism.
We came to India in February 2006 and registered a consultancy company, CV Harlen Consultants
Private Limited. This business was established to undertake Marketing & Quality Standards, Company
Outsourcing, Customer Service Training, Project Management and will also take care of the tours and
accommodation bookings for BulletWallas as also the Merchandise side of BulletWallas will be handled
from this company. It is all about project management and keeping the oil and the grease off the paper
work.
